The location was great, just close to Borgo Trento Hospital. Located in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were polite and nice. The restaurant was excellent for dinner here, I had freshly cooked dishes.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room at Hotel Italia. With two separate "bedrooms" and a bathroom, it was perfect for our family of four. The view from our upper floor room was also lovely. And the best part? We only paid 79 euros in July! Just be aware that the price is basic and you'll need to bring your own toiletries, but you can easily buy them for around 5 euros. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent quality/price ratio.

The staff here are really helpful and attentive, and the room is newly decorated, equipped with a private bathroom, a safe, a mini bar.

Very cosy room with mansard roof, soothing sound of rain on ceramic tiles, spacious, well-equipped. Nice breakfast with fruits and pastries. Attentive staff. Convenient location, 10-minute walk to old city.
Felt welcomed into the family, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Verona and I have to say that it was great value for money. The hotel was situated in a nice neighborhood, in a very quiet area, which was perfect for a peaceful stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable with good facilities and even had a balcony. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which included fresh ground coffee made to order from a proper espresso machine. It was more than sufficient and had some great gluten-free options available.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults.

Good breakfast and helpful staff. Located close to the city center which made it easy to get around and explore.
The room was not as comfortable as expected and the price was increased due to an event happening in the city. The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable, which made it difficult to keep in touch with family and friends back home.

This hotel is located in a convenient spot for visitors who want to explore the city. It's close to the sites and downtown area but located away from the bustling crowds, providing a good night's sleep. the rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and accommodating, and breakfast is fresh and plentiful. facilities like free WiFi, garage parking, and a lift make it convenient.
The bathroom could be more spacious and better designed to prevent water from getting all over the floor.

I loved the hotel's design and the cozy feel of my room. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing me to leave my luggage after checking out. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the historic city center and even closer to the Arena where I went to see an opera. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff spoke fluent English which made communication very easy.
Nothing that I didn't like.
